Keda - In The Dark

Figure I should just start by following the sub-categories. I don't know too much about where the character is coming from, but her expression and her overall appearance are excellent. I really like the dark background, it really adds to the melancholic expression on her face. The purple also works surprisingly well with her red skin – I must admit I’ve never thought of red and purple working together since they’re rather similar in colour.

I really find her design quite original, red skin isn’t unique but apart from that, everything else does truly look unique. I love her clothing, and the piercings are a nice touch. I must say I do love the red streak in her hair… although I’m sure I’ve made a character that had a red streak in their hair for some reason. So yeah, that’s why you’re not five star original. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/r/r…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Razz)"/> Then again, I don’t think anything deserves five star originality.

Your anatomy has most definitely improved, it looks all pretty much how it should be. I like her tattoo -- it actually looks like part of her skin rather than stuck on like it ends up sometimes. Just a couple of things, more of a question that anything else… From her position (Assuming she is at an angle as opposed to the picture), I think her breasts aren’t quite hanging where they should. If she’s wearing a bra I suppose they are, but if she isn’t then someone as well endowed as her should be having gravity pulling them to the side a little. As it is, the point is moot if the picture is at an angle rather than her. Also her hair looks a little... solid. There doesn't appear to be separate strands in it.

Overall, I think you did a fantastic job and I hope you can keep to this new standard and perhaps go beyond it. ^^ It certainly encourages thoughts of commissioning you. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>
